Jonathan V. Goodman

As a practitioner in both Wisconsin and Florida for the past forty years, Jonathan has built a reputation for himself as a leading expert in title insurance matters and in representing debtors in Chapter 11 reorganizations and bankruptcies. Jonathan has extensive experience both as a litigator and advisor, in and out of the courtroom. Due to his shining record of the utmost ethics, Jonathan also has been appointed by the Wisconsin Supreme Court as a referee to judge attorney-discipline matters on the Court’s behalf.


Derek Goodman

Derek is a 2011 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School. He joined the Law Offices of Jonathan Goodman in January of 2013. Prior to working at the Law Offices of Jonathan Goodman, Derek worked for a small, local criminal defense firm servicing the Hispanic/Latino and indigent community. While at the firm, Derek gained experience handling a wide variety of criminal defense, family law, and probate matters, putting him in the courtroom every day.
